This is a compilation of over 30 years of work and experience in training clients in personal and martial fitness. Our classes; Cardio Kickboxing, Tabata, High Intensity, and Circuit Training, use the best modern methods in exercise science that help to stimulate muscle growth, cardio fitness, and fat loss. Whether you are an athlete or just beginning your road to health, these classes will take you to levels you may not have believed possible.
Your instructors are Jeff Palmer and Polly Weir.
Jeff is a 5th degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate with an extensive background in personal training.
Polly has both managed and owned one of the premiere Fitness Clubs in Delaware.

Our mission is to create training regiments in our classes that help to provide overall fitness using the scientific method of Interval Training. All classes are diverse and new and will provide constant excitement. You will be amazed at the results.

Classes are extremely affordable, with no long-term commitment necessary, and they are held at one convenient location; Paladin Clubhouse (302)-764-5335. Please call now, as space is extremely limited. Classes are offered at 6:30 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and at 9:30 am Saturday.
