Cardio
Kick (CK): This class is half Kickboxing Aerobics and half Body Sculpting.
Increase your fat burn by elevating your heart rate with plyometric and martial
art movements, then build muscle with a full body pump with dumbbells.
Circuit Class (CC): A series of 10-14 exercise stations that are used at
two minute and one minute intervals. Each class contains stations that cover
cardio, strength building, power building, and explosive movements for a
complete and total body workout.
Tabata Class (TC): The
new Tabata Class. The Tabata protocol is a high-intensity training regimen that
produces remarkable results. A Tabata workout is an interval training cycle of
20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest,
repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Studies have shown
that if this workout is done in the morning at least four times a week you can
loose 7 to 10% body fat in one month.
High
Intensity Class (HI): Run, Jump, Push, Pull in an hour of explosive movements
designed to elevate your heart rate and fitness level to new heights.
